Privacy notice

Last updated 9 October 2026. This notice explains what we collect when you contact us or reserve an Open Day slot, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Honey Brainy Therapy Centre, Eco Grandeur, UE-01-09, Utopia East, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor. We are the data user for the purposes of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you reserve an Open Day slot we ask for:

  • Your name, as the parent or guardian
  • Your phone number
  • Your child's name
  • Your child's date of birth
  • What you would like to discuss with us

A child's name, date of birth and presenting concern are sensitive personal data about a minor. We treat them accordingly, and we ask for them only because a therapist needs them to prepare for your visit.

Why we collect it

To hold your Open Day slot, to contact you about that visit, and to let the therapist you will meet know a little about your child beforehand. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the centre.

How long we keep it

Open Day enquiries that do not become appointments are deleted within 6 months of the event. If your child becomes a client of the centre, their records are kept as part of their clinical file for as long as we are required to hold it.

Who can see it

Only the centre's own staff, through a private admin area that needs an account and a password. Bookings are never listed publicly anywhere on this website, and the contents of this form are never written to our application logs.

Asking to see, correct or delete your data

Write to us and we will act on it. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.

Cookies

This website sets a single session cookie so that forms cannot be submitted from another site on your behalf. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking of any kind.
